Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

To submit a legitimate infringement claim, certain information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with details to help locate it.
4. Contact information of the complaining party.
5. A statement affirming the unauthorized use of the material by the copyright agent.
6. A declaration of accuracy and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), severe penalties can be imposed on those who provide false or misleading information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including legal costs and damages.

When submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must be sent in writing to our DMCA Agent, including:

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the taken-down material and its original location.
3. A statement confirming a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We treat copyright infringement seriously and adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify and terminate repeat infringers.
